We are 3 women from diverse backgrounds and have been helping people on their healing journeys for many, many years . . . between the 3 of us we have over 85 years of experience!

With our unique combination of skills, we recognized the strength in combining the best of each of our different modalities. We then refined what worked and what didn’t . . . and organically moved into a rhythm that we clearly identified as 'Our Healing Method'.

Outlined below are the 4 tangible steps of 'Our Healing Method'. We have used these steps successfully with thousands of our clients to help them heal, revitalize and return to their best version of VIBRANT HEALTH!!

Breath is the foundation of everything we do!
Your breath is not just a source of oxygen for your body, it is also a powerful tool for accessing and balancing your energy. Proper breathing techniques can have a significant impact on your physical and mental health!
Negative thinking is just as powerful as positive thinking!

By observing your thoughts, you can uncover the beliefs that keep you physically in pain and mentally stuck and create lasting change.
The next step is applying a pain reduction tool! This is where most of us start when dealing with pain.

The pain reduction tool that you chose may be as simple as; thinking a better thought, ball rolling the spot, applying some essential oils or taking a Tylenol.
Honestly, the best tool in the moment, is usually the first thing that comes to mind… after you have taken a deep breath.
