Can I do Functional Healing at home?

Yes! Functional haling is meant to become a lifestyle, not just something you do when in pain.

What kind of tools or equipment do I need for functional healing?

Begin with your breath! Our 'favourite rehab tools' page offers links and discounts to some of our favourite rehab tools... but you don't need any of these to start... truly, start with your BREATH and OBSERVE your thoughts!

What if I feel stuck with my healing journey?

Feeling stuck is normal. Return to your breath, observe your thoughts and take a new look at what kind of healing aid makes the most sense for you... and last but NOT least, be kind with yourself through all the stages!

Do I HAVE to meditate?

We recommend you observe your thoughts and pause, take a breath and reset any negative thoughts you find yourself thinking about YOU or a situation you're experiencing - and this can be done without meditation.

That said, trying meditation is always something we will recommend and encourage!

Begin with simple poses and gradually increase intensity as your body adjusts. It’s important to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
