


This is our signature workshop where we teach participants how to use specific breath patterns to consciously influence their physical, mental, emotional and energetic well-being.
Participants will learn how to use breath to:
🧡 immediately reduce body pain
🧡 calm the nervous system to decrease stress and tension
🧡 improve digestion and overall health
🧡 make decisions with greater clarity and tune into their intuition
🧡 increase energy when needed and create deep relaxation when desired
🧡 sleep better, live longer, and feel happier
This workshop is 90 minutes in duration and combines seated learning with mild activity. It can be presented in-person or live online. The whole workshop can take place in a boardroom around a table, in an open space with chairs or at individual desks. Participants require room to be able to push their chairs back, stand up and move on the spot. Props required are just a chair and the only media support we require is a large blank wall or screen to project onto. We bring our own visual and audio equipment as well as printed handouts. The maximum number of both in-person and online participants is 100. If you have more than this number of participants, please contact us.

We've all heard the saying, "Sitting is the new smoking." While many of us spend hours each day at a desk, our bodies were designed to move, breathe, and regularly change position. This workshop provides practical, easy-to-implement tools that help participants counteract the physical and mental effects of prolonged sitting—many of which can be performed right at their desk while continuing to work.
Participants will learn:
🧡 breath and energy patterns that help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, increase mental focus, and support clearer decision-making
🧡 simple movement strategies that improve circulation, posture, and energy levels throughout the workday
🧡 ball rolling techniques to release sore, tight, and overworked muscles while reducing tension and discomfort
🧡 fascial release exercises designed to restore mobility, improve flexibility, and help the body move more efficiently
🧡 the importance of changing levels and positions throughout the day, and how these shifts positively influence circulation, brain function, mood, and overall well-being
🧡 simple crossover movement patterns that help integrate the brain and body, improving coordination, focus, and resilience
By the end of the workshop, participants will have a toolbox of practical techniques they can immediately incorporate into their daily routine to reduce aches and pains, improve productivity, increase energy, and support long-term physical and mental health—all without leaving their workspace.

In this highly interactive workshop, participants will explore how crossover patterns help strengthen communication between the right and left hemispheres of the brain while improving the body's ability to heal, adapt, and decrease body pain.

🧡 proper walking techniques that improve posture, balance, and movement efficiency

This workshop requires:
✨ participants to be able to be seated at the start of the workshop
✨ a large space for walking, like an outdoor field, gym or wide long hallway
✨ a wide set of stairs that will allow for some participants to move up the stairs while others are moving down
