Space For Grace!
Happy Canada Day! š (So so so extra happy to be Canadian this year!)
Liesl, Debbi and I have been having regular Monday morning partners meetings for just over two years now!
We have built a website together, planned and executed two years of Breath Therapy classes, tried out three different platforms to host courses, taken a course on how to build courses, planned social media posts, discussed blog topics and many, many more things!
All of these Monday morning things have been steadily moving us in one direction⦠towards the completion and launch of our very own online course!
We are now 2 years deep into what we thought would be a six month project and the end is finally in sight!
The first three modules have been reviewed and tested by 20 friends and family, module four is one video away from being completed and the final two modules will be filmed, edited and built out by the end of summer!
This project has been full of love, laughter, sisterhood, a shitload of hard work and a little frustration with technology!
The only thing that I can accurately compare it to is being pregnant⦠it seemed like a great idea at first, we fell in love with it along the way, and we are now so tired of carrying this creation⦠that we just want to birth it out into the world!
So⦠we made a Monday morning meeting decision yesterday! We are going to stop writing blogs for the next eight weeks and pool all of our time resources into course completion!
We decided to create some Space for Grace⦠to take a little pressure off and allow for a shift in our regular routine.
We have written and posted every Tuesday, for the past two years⦠98 blogs in total! Over the upcoming summer months, we will still be sending out a Tuesday morning email⦠but you will not find our regular musings.
Instead, we have decided to share some archived YouTube videos⦠full of rehab exercises, energy medicine techniques, stretches, breath patterns and acupressure points.
These videos were the humble beginnings that sparked the idea for our online course. They are where we got our initial practice filming and editing. The video quality is not up to our current standards⦠but the information and healing techniques are excellent.
Two more thingsā¦
We are moving our website over the summer so please know that you may briefly find an under construction message if you are trying to visit us.
We are looking for 10 people to review and test the workbook that accompanies our course. It is chock full of healing techniques and we would like to have it reviewed independently of the videos to make sure it makes sense! If you are interested in being a tester please email us at [email protected]
Have a spectacular summer sweet friend! ā¤ļø
